After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact our customer support team at to request order modifications or cancellation. Our system works automatically, within 12 hours the order will be automatically sent to the production department. To ensure the stable operation of the system, we will not support to modify order information after this time. And within 24 hours since our support team contact about order modifications, if you don't answer, the system will process automatically.


We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement. 


  • The wrong goods are sent due to our mistakes.
  • When you are ready to sign for the package, and finding that the package or product is broken. You can apply for a refund, the freight will be borne by monggoq. Please take some pictures or videos to prove that firstly. and contact us as soon as possible, then please refuse the delivery of this package.
  • If you request a return caused by a product defect, we need a video to confirm this and keep it as a proof. Please send it to our email address. We will replace or refund for you. Thank you for your cooperation.

All returns must be returned in their unused, original, condition, in the original case. All parts and accessories must be in the original package and no item is missing.

  • The machine can only be replaced once without special situation, and the refund service will be unable to provide after replacement.
  • Logistics lost orders. We will submit claims to the express company on all orders that are not received. And we need our customers to provide a Claim ID. We will not process refund until there is any solution received from the express company. We can re-send a product to you if you want.

How to return your products:
